I'm in Vancouver - can I pick up my order at your flagship store?

Yes, you can!

 Provided you’re a Vancouver resident, you can opt to pick up your order in store with no shipping charges regardless of order cost.

 You can expect your order to be dispatched within 2-5 business days* of order placement. Once your order arrives, a member of our retail team will give you a call.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email or visiting the courier's page directly. 

We strive to ship orders within two business days of order placement. On the occasion we cannot meet this deadline, you will be notified via email.

How do I know that my order was successfully placed?

Once your order has been successfully placed and your payment has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation that covers what you bought, order total, and method of payment.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. (Fun fact:  DUER orders placed online will appear on your statement as “Pimlico Performance Apparel”, our official name.)

What will happen if my credit card is declined?

If your credit card is declined, don’t fret! Try another method of payment, contact your bank, or email contactus@dishandduer.com and we’ll do our best to help.

How do I use my DUER gift card online?
To use your gift card on an online purchase, go to the checkout page and enter your unique gift card code.Any balance on your card can be redeemed on future purchases. If you would like to spend more than the balance on your card, you’ll need to use a second method of payment to cover the difference.
How do I use a coupon code?

You can use coupon codes by entering the code into the Gift Card/Coupon Code box at checkout. You are only allowed to use one coupon at a time.

What currency will my purchase be in?

Anything purchased on www.duer.ca will be in Canadian currency. If you're an international customer, please visit www.shopduer.com

Why has my order not been delivered?

Order marked as delivered but not received? No need to worry! Please email contactus@dishandduer.com and we'll get in touch with the courier right away.
