Not quite right? No problem
You can return your product within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
How to return your item:
- You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Feel free to use any shipping service that suits you best!
- Please hold on to your shipping receipt and any related documents until your refund is processed—just to be safe!
Shipping from outside the EU?
You may need to include extra customs documents and cover additional charges. It’s a good idea to double-check with your preferred courier before sending your item back.
Customs Fees & Lost Parcels
Unfortunately, we can’t cover customs fees or handle parcels held by customs. If your parcel is returned or held up, we won’t be responsible for any associated fees or delays.

These are pretty great! As a curvy person I’ll be having the waist taken in a bit by a seamstress. But overall the waist gap is not bad for “regular “ pants. Would love to see the faded black colour return. In fact would love to see more faded black options for your pants in general. And more loose fitting tops for women.

I Love the Stretch Teak Canvas pants I recently purchased in Size 28/30. This Canadian pant is made with quality sewing, stretch canvas fabric that is comfortable, and has neat slimming pockets. You get what you pay for compared to many cheaper made versions offered by other vendors. I have had many compliments from young and older women who appreciate quality clothing and searched for Quality Utility Pants. These pants look great during wear and after washing. As recommended by staff, I purchased a snug waist fit as the canvas pant will stretch a little as you wear it to make a comfortable fit. The DUER staff are amazing, helpful and the service and delivery of the pants is exceptional. I will purchase more canvas pants like these and hopefully a straight leg design if offered in the future.
